Are there guys who help to appeal suspension 3-6 month old?

Suspended for intellectual property.

Disney claimed unauthorized use of their product....

Let's imagine, if I bought the product from a supplier who had the right to sell it...

I think you need a letter from Disney state that they approve for you to resell their product and the receipt of the items you purchased from them (Disney). I never list Disney Items before but i have tried to appeal the suspended for different brands and some of them worked. You may consider get "creative" with the letter and receipt.

Amazon has a rule that when a seller gets suspended, they must in one way or another, acknowledge the suspension. The reason for this rule is because a few years back a bunch of suspended accounts that got suspended and just bailed from the platform somehow all got reinstated. If a suspension is really difficult to deal with and I need more than 17 days to implement the corrective actions, I simply write an email to Seller Performance.

"Dear Seller Performance Team,

We are writing to acknowledge the removal of our selling priveledges. Our abilities to sell as a third-party seller on the Amazon platform are not ones that we take lightly. For this reason, we are attacking the core roots of not only the issue that you have brought to our attention but any additional issues that we may find until we get to the point of having an impeccable foundation to rebuild upon. As soon as our operating meets Amazon's standards, we will be sending in a plan of action.

Thank you,

[Name]"

Now you have years if you'd like.

I've had Disney listings taken down but never suspended . Did you try to fight it or something ?

Apologized and etc

She said I don't give a f..ck It's your problems ((

You find before you list NOT afterwards.

You do due research, select items, then list.

I just won an appeal. It was complicated and I had to pay someone to do it for me. For me it was worth it I had $3100 in the account
