Re: Win appeal on Amazon suspended account
Amazon has a rule that when a seller gets suspended, they must in one way or another, acknowledge the suspension. The reason for this rule is because a few years back a bunch of suspended accounts that got suspended and just bailed from the platform somehow all got reinstated. If a suspension is really difficult to deal with and I need more than 17 days to implement the corrective actions, I simply write an email to Seller Performance.
"Dear Seller Performance Team,
We are writing to acknowledge the removal of our selling priveledges. Our abilities to sell as a third-party seller on the Amazon platform are not ones that we take lightly. For this reason, we are attacking the core roots of not only the issue that you have brought to our attention but any additional issues that we may find until we get to the point of having an impeccable foundation to rebuild upon. As soon as our operating meets Amazon's standards, we will be sending in a plan of action.
