amazon has suspended your account. How to appeal (featured merchant)

My account has been suspended today, because of my cancel rate. I am selling books and some medical items. I have over 13.000 items on amazon. Every day I sell 40 items on amazon and weekly over 200 items. I only cancel 10 items in 240 sold items this week. Now my cancel rate is 3.25 ,it was supposed to be less than %2.50. I did appeal and explain, why my rate rise to %3.25. When I go to my store front, it says Storefront is temporarily unavailable from the Seller.
Have you ever had that kind of problem and do you thinks this suspension for temporary ???
(By the way I am featured merchant on Amazon. Maybe they can consider featured merchant in that situation)

Your issue and the outcome will depend a lot on how your deal with it. If you can reasonably explain why you cancel so many orders, and if your reason is justified, you should be fine.

Expect the best and prepare for the worst....The odds of you getting reinstated are not very high in my opinion.

Keep appealing but buy the Stealth Book and make a stealth account(s) to begin selling again.

Very true. I did so however get one of my accounts back up and running after it was suspended due to too many cancellations. I gave them a plan how I was to improve my cancellations rate.

I strongly suspect you are using drop shipping as I once did. You get an order only to find out it is out of stock, therefore having to cancel it. The problem is, if you get reinstated your going to still have that problem. Even that 2,000 I had in stock was problematic to keep up with and 13,000 is WAY too much trouble having to update inventory several times a day. Just do like I did and curtail your inventory to only your best sellers and have other merchants on stand by in case your supplier runs out of inventory.

How long does the appeal process take? I have been waiting to hear back for a month. When I call they just tell me "well, that is better than hearing back in a day"...
