2 step verification reset

So I had to turn in my DL to reset the 2 step verification and they told me it'll take 2 days... it's been 10...

Anyone else experiencing such a long wait time for them to do this?

maybe something wrong with the doc, or they are just too busy with other people's cases?

I know a couple guys that got it reset with their ID in 24 hours, maybe shoot them another email. If everything is 100% legit I see no issue with that. If its not legit I would hold off a little longer and let it be

Well they are legit for sure. just different address and state as registered in the amazon account.

Looks like I"m not the only one with this issue I found out from the supervisor on the phone.
But he doesn't know what's going on.

I had the same situation. Called them and emailed them docs every two days for over a month. No response, gave up on the account and started another. Crazy waste of time and inventory.

Ok guys... so I was pissed off and called their head quarters, got back to seller support and they reset it in 2 hours...

Don't just give up.
