Account under review please help!
 

Account is under review. Metrics are fine i go the bad feedback removed. Have around 20 feedback 90+ postive. Other people aren't leaving feedback. We had to cancel some order. Are we screwed is the account savable? Please help!

Only a handful less then 8%. Bad address they cancelled a combination of the two. That being said is the account fixable or is it dead?

Stop sending them emails they will get back to you.

Cancelled orders done by Amazon does not count against you but if you cancelled them due to no item instock then this will be problem

That's quite normal review just send reminder to customers for feedback and relax

More emails you will send to AZ soon you will hear bad news

first time it has been reviewed? Should be ok, some people say maybe contact them with a plan of action on how it will not happen again. 8% is above allowed metrics, way above......but explain it or wait, up to you.

10% were cancelled after shipped due to recal with a product. We coouldn't ship . Explain it to them? They were expensive items . Everything else was shipped. Should we wait or appeal? We got 8 feedback postive over 30 days. Do we need more?

Amazon don't care if it's quality issue or recall that's sellers issue

Amazon want their customers to receive items on time

While you are waiting, generate a 365 negative & neutral feedback report. Go through it, isolate the ones that are qualified to be removed and then open up cases (1 per feedback) asking them to be removed and what your reason is.

*When that prompt comes up asking if this is regarding the removal of feedback, say no.

To clarify. Shipped then cancelled. Not -pre cancelled. 10% were issued as refunds from when it was suspened. Is that better?

no it's worse. pre-cancel is one thing, but cancel and refund hits 2 metrics catagories, plus it will p iss off a customers more

Amazon take money from customer when seller actually mark as order shipped then they have to refund the order
