Default Amazon SUSPEND

Hi, Amazon suspended my account. I am in the business from 4 years and I have a lot of suspended accounts but this is the first time that I received this letter.
''We reviewed your account, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca or Amazon.com.mx. Your listings have been removed from our site.

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.''
no reason why the account is suspended. When I sent apeal I received:

''We reviewed your account, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca or Amazon.com.mx. Your listings have been removed from our site.''
The account is with 0.51% ODR and with good feedback rate.
What may be the reason and can someone help?

looks like the inauthentic item suspension, when you got warned before, and after the 4th strike you get suspended. What did you sell on the account?

For all ASINs that Amazon asked me I sent invoices and they accepted the invoices.

has this account been banned on ca or mx before? or were all 3 (com, my and ca) banned at the same time?
