Unwanted returns
 

Customer asks for return. Small item, so I say keep it I will refund. Then a few days later I get the item back and they used a prepaid label I payed for. Wtf. Any way to get around this? I auto authorize returns to stop a-z from happening.

Oh, too cheap of an item and not worth it, huh? People are stupid. They don't listen, even if you tell them to keep it and take their money. I hate these buyers lol

I got small items too, and most of the time I don't want buyers to send the stuff back, I'll just send them the refund... except one really pisses me off, the I make him walk to the post office even if it costs me.

However I don't do auto accept, because oftentimes the situation can be cleared with the customer, so I'll write em a (standard) message first. If customer is of the mentally challenged kind who doesn't read his emails within two days time i'll just refund him after 48 hours to prevent A-Z from happening.

Try sending an even clearer message to the buyers about keeping the product and accepting the refund etc..
