Is there any difference to the hoops you have to jump through to register as either individual or pro? I know there is a monthly charge for Pro which they take straight away. But do you still need a CREDIT card with individual?

You can attach your own debit card.

Individual or Pro depends on what you want to sell. If you want to get rid of some old books, individual is good for you. Anything else I wouldn't recommend to go with individual.

Depends on what kind of seller you are.Are you selling alot or little.You base the plan off the fees youre willing to pay.

Credit Card is needed as far as I know. If you don't have one you can get a vcc in the marketplace.

Debit card works fine

Pro sellers basically get the $40/mo fee but then you don't have to worry about more fees when you sell more than 40 items.
