Wow if he done this then I believe it's possible
Only way is to fight the case and mention in reply that buyer fail to send it back on time
Amazon are very lapse with their return policy. If they have supplied Amazon with a tracking number and some BS excuse as to why it was returned outside the window then as long as it was returned in an acceptable condition they will more than likely side in the buyers favour.
Its just a matter of calling in over and over again like this guy is doing. There is no way of proving condition. He could have sent me a box of rocks. But they are going against there own desishion in the previous case is the crazy part. And it did hit my odr twice . If it was a small thing I wouldn't care but 300$

If you able to prove them buyer not contacted you within 30days of receiving item then you will win the case, all you have to do provide them tracking no and say no contact made by buyer in 30days
I'd give the refund and move on with my life. You got the item back, so no biggie. Sell it to someone else. As long as you have it back, why is it a big deal?

This response is super annoying. But thanks for saying it 3 times. If that is what I wanted to do I would not have asked. Feel free to not give this advice to people as, or if you do. Just paraphrase and tell them to role over and take it in the a** there whole lives.

You're welcome for saying this "once". If you don't want answers, don't ask questions. This is the correct advice, if you want to keep your account. If you don't then don't take the advice that you asked for. Up to you, but don't be a jerk when people are giving the honest advice that you are asking for
I mean is it productive to go around and respond to ever thread and say " just refund them " . I mean yes it would solve 90% of the issues. But at some point you have to ask your self what is your account worth ? I know what they cost and I know what it cost to build them up. So there is some math involved. But if your odr allows it fighting the good fight is not pointless. I have saved lots of money by not " just refunding them ". You should read the Amazon seller forums. It is full of arrigant people who think they out sell everyone and can afford to run a online bussiness like walmart. Most of us can not.
