Default Made a mistake during verification process

Hello guys.
I'm going through the first (I guess) verification process with amazon.
They asked me for a bank statement and I gave it to them. Then they asked me a couple of questions by email. Now they've suspended my account, all my items are not for sale anymore. I guess it's normal procedure. Then I receive an email telling me to go to 'Business and Contact Information' and answer the questions:

1) Do you have a company/charity registration number or UK solo proprietorship?
2) Are you registering on behalf of a business (including UK sole proprietorships)?

I left the answers already as they were set up (No for both) and submitted. I made a mistake. I should have put Yes to both but I can't change it anymore.

Your experience/opinion on the matter is very appreciated

You need to paste your email here which you received from Amazon

Account was individual or sole trader?

Was the account under 15k limit?
Did they not asked for id? Just bank statement?

That is the problem. I don't understand what's the difference of individual or sole trader. It should be a business account. I pay a monthly fee

Yes the account was under 15k limit.
They did not ask for ID. Only bank statement or other bank documents.

This is what the email said (copy and paste) :

"Hello,

We have reviewed your account and determined that your selling activity on Amazon does not fit our criteria for the "Individual" seller category.

As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon's European marketplaces. Funds will stay in your account until we have verified your account.

To continue with your account verification, please update your legal entity by following the instructions below.

Yes that's normal upgrade account to sole trader and they will again ask you documents

Once you upgrade successfully to a sole trader after giving the utr number and bank statements , does amazon still ask for vat number in the future ? does anyone know this for sure?

Yes they can ask anytime and they normally again ask for other documents again including utr no

Id is key thing not sure why they still not asked from you

More likely they will ask that

My utr document has not been accepted. They don't say why, but I guess it's because it's older than 90 days. I ordered one from HMRC but it might take up to 2 weeks to arrive. And so 2 weeks without selling and earning, and not being able to withdraw money from the balance. Shocking.

I also worry for my identity document, because the address shown is an old one, not the one I'm using on amazon. So I'm worried that they could pick on that too.

You were talking about VAT. I'm not VAT registered.

If your address is different on DL then once you send them they will also ask you to update that address on amazon and then ask you proof of address
