That is the problem. I don't understand what's the difference of individual or sole trader. It should be a business account. I pay a monthly fee
Yes the account was under 15k limit.
They did not ask for ID. Only bank statement or other bank documents.
This is what the email said (copy and paste) :

We have reviewed your account and determined that your selling activity on Amazon does not fit our criteria for the "Individual" seller category.
As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon's European marketplaces. Funds will stay in your account until we have verified your account.
