I have the same issue, no matter the new register account or old account!
Suspended without any notification or Email !
Email Amazon, also several days, but no response yet!
What happened ???
If the staff of Amazon are all on vacation these days ?

yes, once completed the registration, then suspended without any Email notification!
In the past, completed the registration, can received a account reviewing Email.
But now, no notification, and Emailed performance team, no response!
Really doubt if the staff of Amazon are all on vacation these days !

This sounds like some kind of fingerprint in the browser/setup is flagging the account.
