Account suspended without notification
Hi all
First time in this forum and I'm glad to be here. It seems like everyone knows what they are doing.
Just to be clear, I have no idea what is 'stealth' and this is my first Amazon selling account which has been actively selling for 4 years. I just logged in yesterday and out of the blue, I got this yellow triangle with an exclamation saying:
"Amazon has suspended your account. Please refer to the email from Amazon to learn more about the status of your account. Read more"
However, I did not get any notifications or emails. I called up Seller Support and they told me to email the performance team... Yes, afterwards I learned that it's a bad idea as I am using up my chances for future appeals...
I've researched many forums and these are the possibilities:
1. Offering high profile restricted products (e.g. iPhone)
2. Credit card expiry
3. Having multiple unauthorized selling account
None of the above actually applies to me. Although I do suspect this has something to do with 3 inventories that are currently blocked for authenticity issues. I actually didn't bother with 2 of them as I stopped selling. But I just appealing the other one then 4 days later, this happened.
Another possibility is that I have listed Samsung S8 and S8+ a day prior. But this was never blocked.
Do you guys know what could possibly be the reason?
