I just sent in a real invoice from my own facility in china in English and also added my trademark certificate in the attachment.

I don't think they know I'm the manufacturer.

(I m still working on the federal ip which is needed for brand registry)

agree with you they works like computer on 1 and 0 basics,

if the customer send required information on invoice accepted even if its F***
if customer not sent what they looking reject even if its real

they are useless

well, good news, I just received an email saying that I may keep selling that ASIN.

They didn't even threaten me if there's more complaints they'll shut me down.

It's time for them to know I'm the brand owner and going to register my brand with them.

And now.... I'm going to hunt down that 1 buyer who caused me all these issues.
I have only gotten 1 return in my history selling my item and the timing is just too perfect.
