LIsting removed due to customer complaint on inauthenticity. (absolute bogus)

SO this morning my particular asin got all of the inventory moved to FC processing and when I clicked on edit, it says "CUrrently, you cannot list this asin".

I called them up and they said it's a "general gating" and they are doing a full investigation on everything in the inventory and no one is able to list in my ASIN.

Basically I don't get any kind of a solution or response.

ANyone with this issue before?

yea, what does the amazon asin page say? are there any sellers? did you double check to see if you got any emails about this aisn?

re: LIsting removed due to customer complaint on inauthenticity. (absolute bogus)

No other sellers, no email and not even a "blocked / yellow sign" in the inventory management.

THe selling page itself just says currently unavailable.

Amazon just reviewing some things...not anything to be of concern. It can take a few weeks. Sometimes the email will come later. sometimes not at all.

So this exact same thing has happened to you before?

And it took them a few weeks to sort it out for you??

I've seen that happen before a couple times. Usually you'll hear back within 1-2 weeks from what I remember. Keep us updated out of curiosity though :)

Is this related to the other thread you made?

If this was selling normally then all of sudden inactive, Its a very good sign if there are no other sellers up. Amazon is researching something internally. You just need to wait it out. Did you try to re-add the asin as new? They only block/yellow an asin if they received a complaint against you and blocked you from selling that asin.

If you want to share the asin ill see if I get the same error.

Well what did you hear within that 1-2 weeks?

1. There's no other sellers up. (in red = currently unavailable)

2. I haven't tried to readd anything. PLus all my items are new already.

3. I didn't get a yellow or blocked. Just says inactive and nothing else.
and in the "edit" button, it says "Currently, you cannot list this asin".

PS: The other thread I made is completely for a different ASIN. And different scenario I've been dealing with for 2 weeks. This just happened this morning

elmo 03-20-2018 06:45 PM

re: LIsting removed due to customer complaint on inauthenticity. (absolute bogus)

Both cases were resolved in 1-2 weeks and I was able to continue selling.

I think like user mentioned, its just an internal review process that should go through fine for you. Doesn't sound like you had issues at all so can't see why they wouldn't give you access to sell those ASINs again

re: LIsting removed due to customer complaint on inauthenticity. (absolute bogus)

Considering I'm the brand owner and the product is mine and as high risk as a pencil (sarcasm here). And my account is in perfect condition, I'd like to agree with you .

But I just don't trust them. THe other thread I made about the different asin has been going on for 12 days now too, so I'm paranoid.

wtf, just got an email from AZ just now, they removed the listing because a buyer complaint it was inauthentic!

Now I'm really angry.... how can an item as generic as a piece of pencil can be inauthentic!

That is the problem with AZ one buyer complaint they pull the listing

Send them invoices with supplier information and write in email why customer made wrong complaint

They normally remove that complaint within few hours as long as invoices are good

Oh my invoices WILL be good. I'm the manufacturer and I have a facility in India, China and Japan.

So you had this happened and you solved it by giving them what they want?

Well this makes no difference in eye of Amazon if you are brand owner

If you send them Chinese invoices they will reject them within few hours and block your asin

They really don't care I own many well know trademarks and when they ask for invoices due to demand of them they request invoice to check when I use to provide them real Chinese invoices they always reject them as these were the manufacture invoice who produce that product for me but then send eu invoice they accept them without any issue

Same applies for inauthentic complaint make sure you provide them good invoices and we'll explain in email how the customer was wrong and he made this complaint

Was it for usa site or eu?

For usa site I would says invoice has to be from usa or Canada for eu asin any eu country is fine

Don't have experience for india or Japan but Indian invoice more likely rejected Japanese may work

This is for USA.

So you think a good invoice is actually one that is made up with a phone number and address that's in USA? If I do that I'm thinking of using the real name of the factory in china just in case.

Give them a number that is actually a number I own so I can answer it myself??

well as mentioned before Chinese invoice never worked for me,

what the see on invoices website fully working of that company phone number match with invoice and website etc and has to be from USA

you can try sending them Chinese but more likely it will be rejected

they dont call at all

if all looks good they will restore asin its all about invoice and your explanation

The bill to part is of course me.

SO basically you source from the distributor in UK. You are not the manufacturer yourself?

Well this is different for me.... I AM the manufacturer. I have facilities under my contract to create my products for me in Asia.

So this whole invoice thing is going to be trickier since I'm the last line of defense

Re: LIsting removed due to customer complaint on inauthenticity. (absolute bogus)

. You know how stupid these people are.
I just sent in a real invoice from my own facility in china in English and also added my trademark certificate in the attachment.

I don't think they know I'm the manufacturer.

(I m still working on the federal ip which is needed for brand registry)

well dont think this will even help, so if you claim that your are manufacturer address on AZ and your factory needs to match up

in china everything is possible
