Suspended Without Notification
 

Did anyone have this issue where they are getting suspended without notification?

I have seen this on a few accounts, emailed Amazon, and it's been several days but no response yet.

I haven't gotten suspended yet, so I don't know what to say about this.

1. Do you think you know why you were suspended?

2. Have you tried calling seller support and actually talk to them?

I have the same issue, no matter the new register account or old account!
Suspended without any notification or Email !
Email Amazon, also several days, but no response yet!
What happened ???
If the staff of Amazon are all on vacation these days ?
Anyone know the reason ?

Was this suspension upon completing registration?

yes, once completed the registration, then suspended without any Email notification!
In the past, completed the registration, can received a account reviewing Email.
But now, no notification, and Emailed performance team, no response!
Really doubt if the staff of Amazon are all on vacation these days !

Amazon does do OS and browser fingerprinting, best to change it up a little bit to make sure nothing was linked.

All the accounts were aged 6+ months and did big volume. 10k+ a month.

This sounds like some kind of fingerprint in the browser/setup is flagging the account.

You are saying multiple accounts that are aged 6+ months with sales/volume are getting suspended randomly with no email/no reason?

Can you copy and paste the suspension email from Amazon?

I would copy and paste, but there is no email. Can login to the account, everything looks fine, but it's suspended.

There is no notification at all.

They sell completely different items as well.

Does it give you option to appeal?

I know of this type of auto suspension, but that is only at registration, not 6 months into selling

Send email to Jeff you will get reply within a day and they will explain to you what was the issue

If no reply then account gone for good

Only you and Amazon knows what u done

Got a reply finally.

Apparently I listed some branded items way in the past as filler.

Never even sold them, but now they want invoices.

They took a long time to get back to me on it as well, this was really weird.

Amazon can be rough like this - you will need to explain it out, especially never sold those items
