4 Year Old Account Suspended for Late Shipping Defects Need Help with POA
 

Trying to get back into amazon but was suspended 4 years ago due to late shipments and customers not receiving items due to health issues etc...
Tried to get back on but seller central wants plan of action on how this wont happen again. I sent 1 plan of action but it was denied, and they are asking for the same answers to the questions. Trying to see if someone can help me fix my original plan so that I may be reinstated.
Going the fba route this time so the late shipments wont be a problem

Figure out the exact problem that occurred that resulted in the suspension.

Address that problem, apologize and write a well written resolution on how that same problem won't happen again.

Google your type of suspension and you'll see a ton of links/ people posting their POAs for critique. Take the good ideas from them without plagiarizing and develop your own :)

I can certainly help you here. Can you please post the last denial that they have sent you and I will tell you exactly what to write for your POA to go through?

Not sure if you still need help on this matter, but its simple, youre shipping late right? in the POA admit you were shipping late, state that youre business got busier than you realized...this is the important part, tell them you will switch all your inventory to FBA so amazon can handle all the shipments and customer service while you spend your time sourcing items.
You dont have to actually do it, get the account open and then dont ship late if you do think youre going to ship late again, take some time off, or switch to FBA.
