Default New account Up and running

So created a stealth.. i waited about 10 hours, passed tax exam etc.. credit card charges cleared of the 39.99 i listed 3 items about 5-10 quantity of each under already current amazon asin's. I sold about 4-5 because i hopped onto an ASIN which was top ranked that i was suspended under a different account 2-3 days ago on. My suspension email states.

To sell on Amazon again, please send the following information to pq-seller-assessment@amazon.com:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

We will review your information and decide if you may sell on Amazon again. If you do not send the required information within 17 days, we may no longer allow you to sell on Amazon. Failure to provide us with the information above may result in us permanently withholding any payments to you.

ASIN #1 AND #2 Are my own branded product, which i was selling on amazon before the suspension. I am the listed brand owner, i have a pending trademark etc.. Of course this stealth isn't the brand owner, so i quickly got creative and sent over a reseller agreement and a creative invoice. I submitted them. i received quick replies and each time, they indicated i still didn't provide them the information they requested.. THERE WAS a 3rd asin of a supplement item.I told them i didn't have a invoice for that, in that case i apologize for that asin and deleted it, and indicated i researched more details of their policies and would refrain from listing items without proof of authenticity...even though i know the product was real.I figured, tell them what they want to hear.

The invoice included my full brands address etc.. etc.. i provided supplier information etc.. Nobody ever called me or the stealth.

After continually telling them these are the correct invoices that prove i am an authorized dealer and selling authentic products (duh i am the brand owner, but they don't know that!) they eventually told me no. we won't reply anymore. Obviously something was wrong...


---Just created a new one, gonna let it sit the weekend probably.I have no idea what to do. I am afraid to list anything if they ask for invoices for, since they even denied my own self made invoices for my own brand's products, which they could of verified if they just had called! I suppose i could just buy a bunch of random crap and keep the wally world receipt?

Created New account and listed items straight away was the biggest mistake
It does not matter if you are brand owner they check key info in invoices if it's not present it will be rejected no matter what

I see. I guess that's something I need to figure out. I reached out to Jeff about this. But I want to learn. I don't want to waste more resources than I have to learning. But I guess that's the growing pains.

Make accounts when you do not need them so there ready for when you do. Think of it as a insurance policy.

Yeah i hear ya. I have ebay accounts waiting to be used, so i feel ya. I just didn't expect this to happen on amazon since i was selling legit stuff. My bad, i should of know better with amazon as they are.

Ya I have decent sales on amazon everyday, but I still feel like it's all going to come crashing down at any minute. Just way it is I guess
