Feeback

I am following 3 moderately big sellers on amazon.com and I confirm that they are somehow mysteriously able to remove a perfectly valid negative feedback. One of the sellers in particular was able to remove like 60 negative feedback under 24 hours?! How is this even possible, as amazon got very strict about removing feedback lately. Some say big sellers have dedicated support and they receive special treatment maybe that's the reason but others deny it. Anyone got a hint, please share...

Make lots of money for Amazon and you may be able to garner "extra" support I suppose compared to smaller fish. I remember reading somewhere big sellers who move a lot of $$$ have dedicated Amazon reps they can communicate with regarding account matters.

Well I am not exactly sure what the threshold is for this thing but the seller which I am talking about has around 18,000 lifetime feedback for example one of its competitors has 12,000 and is not able to remove the feedback in such a tricky way. So go figure. I also noticed that before the strict feedback removal happened seller was able to remove the negatives on a daily basis, now they do it monthly.
There is a saying that this could be achieved with certain words or phrases which triggers the bots to detect that a feedback is against the policy and thus auto remove it without going to be passed for a review from a real person, but those could be only speculations.

Makes sense.. the bigger you are the more you're going to be taken care of if issues arise. It's the same for eBay/PayPal.. dedicated manages the bigger you become.
