Default Opening Multiple Cases - Secret Flag!

I have opened multiple cases for reimbursement for removal orders in excess of 200-300 items where I got the wrong items back. I open multiple cases asking for reimbursement of 2-3 items at a time as this is quicker for approval. I never open more than 12 cases at a time. I was wondering if they flag my account for opening too many cases as I am now not hearing back. Any experience with this?

Hello leamprotan,

This is not something you want to do at all. Amazon is getting more strict by the day regarding the submission of cases and the requesting for reimbursements. Especially when it comes to removal orders, the FBA Specialist Team will more than likely suspend your account if you continue to do what you are doing. These cases must be handled with tact, precision, and discipline. Below, find Amazon's official policy on opening cases:

"Our policies prohibit any activity that would interfere with our capacity to help other sellers. Examples of such activities include submitting insufficiently researched or prematurely submitted requests, or submitting high volumes of requests in a short period of time."

Notice how they do not quantify anything and leave the policies very general. This allows them to justify suspending your account for violating policies even though "high volumes" & "short periods of time" are terms that are as subjective as they come.

Think about it this way, if your friend keeps calling you everyday every minute... wouldn't you not want to deal with it?

AZ support is a pain, they are slow. Instead of opening cases, I call them and I refer them to the same case ID.

I find it highly unlikely that you get so many incorrect items you have to open cases for 12 at a time, for a total of 2-300 items.

I also note you seem to be asking for 'reimbursement', not just returning them.

It sounds like the OP is pretty much the definition of a problem buyer. Maybe the OP should be sticking to brick and mortar stores, where they can handle their item before purchase.
