Strange account verification issue

I've been creating a new batch of Amazon UK accounts tonight but been hit with a weird one that I've not come across before.

On one account they're requesting more information, the usual one where they highlight the relevant section on the settings page in red. However there is nothing highlighted in red lol. Anyone come across this before?

It’s normal I’ve seen that many times

Once you message for more information, they get back to you with the typical request for verification

I've shut down the PC now but I'll post one in the morning if it still has the issue.

It must of just been a glitch as the message has disappeared now and the account is verified. Thanks for the replies
