question about upload proof of delivery

where do i upload proof of delivery for amazon claims?

I don't see the upload option on the claim appeal and when i tried to email it to seller guarantee team, it does not show up in the claim.

What did amazon request from you? Normally they request info from seller performance

ah nope, customers open INR claim and i have proof of delivery with signature image as pdf but there's no option to upload it to Amazon. I have tried to attach the pdf and email seller guarantee but it doesn't show up on the claim either.

That's odd, it's possible that you have to email it to them directly.
Call seller support and usually they'll tell you how to do it.

You need to provide them tracking No which track online and showing signature

You actually have to email it to them as an attachment to seller-guarantee@amazon.com. If they request it, you can just reply to their email with it.

i tried to email them with attachment via seller-guarantee@amazon.com but it seems their system blocked my email provider. 3 months before, whenever i emailed them , a case will be create in my seller account but now, there's no case or whatsoever. This is really weird.

Usually just the tracking details are sufficient. If they want proof of delivery or postage they will email you.
