Is the account dead?


Greetings from Fulfillment by Amazon,

We are writing to let you know we have removed your selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your seller account. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We have taken this action due to multiple customer complaints that the products you sell through FBA do not contain the expected number of items.

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from your seller account.

After 90 days, the hold will be removed and any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. In addition, balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of your seller account. If you have questions about these funds, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

If you would like to appeal this decision, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central.

Is your product short items? Maybe FBA is breaking up your product and not shipping the correct amount to customers. I think you have a shot if you have a legitimate excuse and a well written appeal. There's some "pros" on here that can help you with that.

Appeal it, what's the big deal?

The thing I don't get about "Appeal" services is what is so hard about writing a reply email? Can people not write correctly?

If you're appeal is rejected than push it to higher ups at Amazon to have a 2nd look. If you have acknowledge the problem and provide a solution that truly is a solution and not any B.S. you have a good shot.

Well, the account is certainly dead if you don't do anything.
Why not just try to appeal it and write the letter in proper English and see if they'll forgive you?

THe next best option is Amazon Ghost and IPBurger pairing. I just don't see any other solution

Send them appeal don't blame Amazon
1. Accept your fault.
2. How the issue resolved.
3. In future this is not going to happen

They basically want all these above steps make story up and send to them you will be ok

I disagree.

It's not rocket science. Unless your English is awful or your vocabulary is that of a 3rd grader, appeals for the most common "lesser" suspension issues (late shipping, not as described, etc) is cake.

Bigger things such as IP, inauthentic, etc is quite a bit more challenging as it's more fact based and less words.
