Marketplace, alternatively you can use your own debit or credit card for your seller account. AVS is a hit in miss it appears for each card. If its an issue you can change ur billing address to ur stealth address.

report your card lost, you will get a new one

I use debit card, wich is not acceptable on Amazon, don't have credit card because of that I say Amazon VCC...

Just go to the marketplace in the forum and pick a seller and talk to them.
They'll be able to help you out.
