| chris100 | 06-07-2018 08:00 AM | Policy Warning Just had a policy warning that reads: Hello,
We received a report from a rights owner that you are listing counterfeit products. Sellers on Amazon.co.uk are not allowed to create listings or detail pages for counterfeit goods.
We removed the content listed at the end of this email. We may let you list this product again if we receive a retraction from the rights owner. Their contact information can be found below....
We consider allegations of counterfeit a serious matter and your account is under review. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk
Can't appeal this as the items are prohibited from Amazon anyway.
Can i assume that Amazon will manually review the account now? They say 'under review' but is this just a bot waiting for repeat violations?
As the complain is froma rights owner i would have thought it would be a quick suspension? Is it a matter of time or do they get so many notices that they rely on bots? |
