This is my real Amazon Account, It was the credit card, because of that they sent me that message, I called Amazon Support, I have added a debit card and it must be added a credit card, yesterday a bought a credit card and sent the appeal, am waiting their response by Monday, let's wait...although after credit card added am receiving this message, hope they can reinstate my account, don't owe any money, my balance is 0.
