You can LIST anything, it's another thing if VERO takes you down or that brand is considered high risk.

They do yes, but brands always carry a higher risk

I had inauthentic complaint in past I sold non brand womens clothings I purchased from China. They did accepted invoice from them but it was 2 years ago. It seen they can remove listing pretty much for anythings

That is correct. So list on your own risk, who knows....they may not take your listings down. Make sure to take a lot of pictures, give correct measurements, and so on.
