Default Manipulate listing name of Brand Name

I plan to sell authentic nikes, but there are heaps of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ out there. So if continuously sell them eBay will likely start having an eye on me. I was thinking what if I change the name of listing from Nike to NlKE? note that the second alphabet of "NlKE" is not i but an small letter L. would eBay system take that as NLKE or would they become more suspicious of listing name manipulation? thank you

Ebay would become suspicious and your listing would not show up when someone looks for nike shoes.... If you are legit then you should have invoices to back-up everything thus no need to hide the name? correct? or am I missing something?

I don't think you might get as many views on your pages because people might search nike but not nLke.

If you are selling authentic nike shoes, why would you be so paranoid? Also, naming your listing to something like nlke will significantly lowet view counts.

New account doesn't matter. Legit invoices for legit items do.

I've started brand new accounts with legit invoices and limits were increased immediately upon faxing the invoices.

You don't sound so confident.

i was also thinking of buying some items (legit) from amazon and resell on ebay, but these are brand name so was wondering if eBay take my listing down for Vero can I just show them my invoice from amazon? but by then my account would have been blacklisted? and the chance of future suspension/limitation increases? also another problem with selling is that the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ has made the price so low. if i buy i might make a loss and worse, have ebay taken down my items because of vero

If you show a picture of your invoice in the ad, you shouldn't be taken down.

As mentioned, using different spellings to avoid eBay Vero's, will also mean you are avoiding many many selllers.

Even though Nike is a VERO member, they aren't very proactive at taking down listings. You list and sell Nike's usually without a problem; another brand like this is Abercrombie and Fitch.

First of all The Nike/NLke Spelling thing is Retarted,,,,It will make EVERYONE who Does Catch it Wonder about the product AND will cause your Listing NOT to turn up in Search Results,,so you Lose on 2 Fronts,,,

The Next thing that you need to Realize is that Ebay Will be the LEAST of your worries in so far as a Takedown is concerned,,,you see Ebay takes listings down when they are ASKED to take them down,,,Sometimes a Jealous Competitor askes Ebay to take a listing down because they report it "Expressing Concerns about the Authenticity of the Item",,,in the Notice that Ebay will send you they will say that it was "a Trusted member of the Ebay Community",,,

If it is the VERO Member Requesting the Take down then Ebay will again tell you that it was at the Request of the VERO Member or the VERO Members approved Representative (normally a Lawyer of law Firm) that requested the Takedown for whatever Reason,,,

Ebay MUST also provide you with the Contact information of the VERO Member or Representative,,,when they do,,you contact them and give them all the Proof they need to prove their Authenticity,,,at the end of the day you most likely will wind up with permission or Guidelines from the VERO Member directly on how to sell the items on Ebay,,,

How do you think that sellers who sell Nike's that have 10,000 Feedbacks Survive?,,,The answer is Simple,,Nike KNOWS that those Sellere sell 100% Legit Nikes,,,Thats How,,,Got it,,You need to Convince NIKE NOT Ebay,,,

It may be a Good Idea to contact them FIRST Before you start to sell on Ebay and ASK them How to do it with their Blessing,,

Surely you have some kind of license to obtain a quantity of authentic Nike shoes to a volume that may risk eBay issues? That'll be proof enough, if your a legit seller authenticated by Nike you won't have any issues.

Why not spread your product around. Selling too much of one thing on ebay isn't the best way to go about it IMO. Even if you have an invoice from God Himself that doesn't mean nike would even respond to your email regarding proof of authenticity. Most of the time these vero members won't even respond to your emails. Spread the love!!
