how long for the “Waiting for seller to refund buyer”

my claim status is under review and “Waiting for seller to refund buyer” for almost a month now without process. I did not receive any return item from the buyer as well. Anyone know what is the time frame for amazon to review the case?

Contact amazon or the buyer if they have not refunded and it is as simple as that. Now if there is more to the story then we would need to know the details. But fyi this is seller forum, so most of us will take there point of view.

already contacted Amazon, got a generic respond "the A to Z team still reviewing the claim" .

already contacted Buyer, got no respond from them. Seem like they are trying to scam me.

What to do next? Please Advice.

The story is the same old INR which buyer tried to scam seller. I got the claim denied by providing Proof of Delivery with Signature Image but somehow the status changed back to Under Review and “Waiting for seller to refund buyer”. It has been 28 days from the day Amazon asked me to "refund buyer".

Well you never mentioned a a-z. You actually made it harder on you doing that. All amazon sellers will work with you. The likely hood of him scamming you vs. You being a POS scammmer is much smaller

the thing is, should the claim be resolved already with either outcomes? And i did mentioned about the a - z "my claim status is under review " and I'M THE SELLER.

With a a-z you have 5 days to return or its closed in buyers favor. You should not have a-z him. No " either way ". Contact buyer onless you are on some bs stuff. What is the issue ..

issue is I'm trying to contact buyer and providing him a prepaid return label. But never got the reply from him and my package is not returning. It's 28 days already and Amazon did nothing about it.

Nm i read that wrong . Call amazon and have them keep generating case numbers for it.

i called amazon 8 times, and opened 8 cases already. Also, i emailed Jeff as well but still receive the "generic respond". Have anyone experienced this?
