Custom fees with Amazon.CA

Anyway to avoid custom fees to .CA from USA? What about using UPS and marking the item as a gift?

Should be able to look up CA duty values on their gov web page. Going to take a stab at it and say only the buyer can mark the purchase as a gift unless you use a third party shipping platform and mark the postage with the gift notation.

I was going to try UPS/USPS retail and mark it as a gift.
