Slow sales

Not exactly a stealth questions, is anyone else having painfully slow sales, like little to none? My ranking is still normal, I have the buybox, but sales are almost non existent, I know Augusts are usually slow, but this takes the cake.

Havnt noticed any change in volume myself.
Could it be related to the type of items youre selling?

Whenever i create new accounts and list my items i dont get any sales for a week despite my items being cheapest, after a week of no sales i suddenly receive high number of sales, i think its Amazon's alghoritm that manages sales, but who knows
