Fullfilled by Amazon - who takes the hit when buyers dispute
Trying to weigh up costs and value of using fullfilled ..
Who foots the bill, seller or Amazon on fulfilled by Amazon orders if
1) buyer claims Item not received/delivered
2) item not as described - sends back exact item after they have used it for a while
3) item not as described - Amazon sent the wrong item?
What is the process for these will i as the seller be notified? Surely 1 & 3 its completely Amazons responsibility?
In my experience on ebay 3/4 of these cases are scammers but 3/4 of the time ebay/paypal side with them and i loose out as the seller. Are Amazon any better towards their sellers?
