Receipt Useless Now?

I had many listings reinstated from legit receipts in the past year.


I provided receipts recently and they just keep saying “we need more information”

Are receipts now useless? Amazon is holding $1k and all I have is legit receipts. Any advice?

No, they are certainly not useless.

What other things do they want from you? They should say in the email.

It really depends on the brand....what brand? post SP email.

Sounds like they want more information in addition to invoices

It is big movie brand legit items. Receipts have always worked for me for this brand in the past.

Past is not necessarily reflection of current trends though - perhaps other ppl have mucked up the market?

Try using a different supplier and structuring your reply a bit more thorough than your last one
