Have it forward to your P.O. box...If they say something say the other address was your ex girlfriend address...Y'all broke up now you living here....Even show that you put in a change of address form showing all mail forward to____ address...Easy

I'm not privy to sales tax in Canada and how it is collected, but here in the US, the correlation between the business that sold the goods and the paying of the sales tax is irrelevant. For instance, if I have six stealth accounts and report sales tax on a registered business that has no obvious correlation to the six stealth accounts, this is ok. Like the previous poster said, at least in the US, all they want is the tax money. I might be wrong, but I don't believe Amazon reports to any state authority regarding sales tax that SHOULD have been collected or even HAS been collected. It's all your responsibility to report sales tax collected (or lack there of) to your state authority. Again, this is in the US, but I can't imagine its much different anywhere else.

Also, why don't you just change all the info on the stealth account to your real info and just carry on? I've done this without issue.

Because changing all info would trigger a flag most likely. And he'll be asked all kinds of doc to make sure that the account wasn't really hacked.

Not to mention they'd wanna know why the info is all changed if that's the case.

Hmm...well I've changed all the info on my accounts more than once and never had a problem. I suppose the same won't necessarily apply to everyone though.

You should be able to without a problem as long as your account is in good shape and have not linked it to another shop
