Suspended for KYC?
 
Hi all,

So I had my account suspended after I changed my phone number. I lost my old one and had to update it. After a few hours without receiving a notification in seller central or my email, I see that my account got suspended.

After a week of my constant messaging of Performance Team and even managingdirector, they send this notification:

"Seller ID: 1871312*** is suspended by KYC, please assist
Freundliche Grüße,
Verkäufer Bestätigung
Amazon Services"

That's it. They won't respond to my messages whatsoever.

has anyone been in a similar situation and give me some kind of an advice?

Did you send them documents for changing mobile number?

I didn't. I just changed it my settings.
What kind of documents do I need to send?

Have you used the new phone number previously on Amazon? If not is it an actual mobile number or forwarding number?

I haven't used it on Amazon before and its an actual phone number (UK SIM card).

What puzzles me the most is that the support is completely unresponsive. Only automated confirmation emails

In the seller central it says I can appeal the decision, but actually there is no appeal button or even a notification regarding this issue.

Try reaching out to Amazon seller support through the contact us / seller home page

Sometimes that will get you a response
