Accounts From 2014/2013: "documents within 15 days"

I just received the following email on my two best and oldest accounts (2013/2014):

In order to continue selling on Amazon.com and listing these types of products, please provide both of the following documents within 15 days:

-- A government issued identity document
-- A bank account statement/credit card statement with name and address visible, or a business license for China-based Sellers

Do you have any information on this or suggestions for getting past it? The bank statements are easy but I don't know anything about the other requirement. I have LLCs on each of my accounts so they are legitimate entities with their own bank accounts and taxes, I'm not sure why I need other types of identification.

Did the request come at the same time for both stores?

Normally that does not happen, especially on 2 stores that are old.
