what format should i upload it to Amazon Indentify seller page? jpg or pdf? which is easier for Amazon to read?

I personally have better success rates submitting PDF

But neither should be an issue

Whatever you go with, JPG, PDF, PNG, remember to remove the metadata/exif information by using windows or an EXIF remover program
