upload identify document by jpg or pdf?

what format should i upload it to Amazon Indentify seller page? jpg or pdf? which is easier for Amazon to read?

did you send them a scan version or a "take picture with phone" version?

Whatever you go with, JPG, PDF, PNG, remember to remove the metadata/exif information by using windows or an EXIF remover program
