Locked out of my account due to 2-step verification
 

I need help!

I am locked out of my account due to 2-step verification.

I added a phone number for it last year and completely forgot about it because i haven't been asked to log in with 2-step since it first was launched.

My dedicated ip vpn has been having issues for the past week and my browser keeps going in and out constantly and a page takes forever to open just to see an error, so the reps have been remotely trying to fix it and we've tried everything. So I'm assuming with whatever they did, clearing browser and cookies probably, set it off.

So not having that phone or phone number , they are requiring identification. And of course I don't have that. I'm so bumbed. Is there anything I can do to get the lock off other than id?

You would have to recover the two step phone number or device

Or request ID verification to reset two step

You can use account recovery to disable Two-Step Verification on your account by providing and uploading a copy of government issued identification to confirm your identity as the account owner.

To protect your account, we will not be able to make changes to your Two-Step Verification settings until your identity is successfully verified. If you are able to sign-in to your account, you will have access to make changes to your account.

So my account is history then? All that money and time I spent on it down the drain because i don't have the same phone or phone number. I bought the account from here, so I think you know I don't have an id to verify. That's just crazy. What a waste.

just buy or get creative with another id same info. They don't cross check with the first ID when the account is first created.

Now that's the answer i've been waiting for!!! What is the average price for one and do you know of any companies you can refer me to?

i made the IDs myself so I'm sorry, I don't know anywhere else that sell them.
