Locked out of my account due to 2-step verification
I need help!
I am locked out of my account due to 2-step verification.
I added a phone number for it last year and completely forgot about it because i haven't been asked to log in with 2-step since it first was launched.
My Dedicated IP VPN has been having issues for the past week and my browser keeps going in and out constantly and a page takes forever to open just to see an error, so the reps have been remotely trying to fix it and we've tried everything. So I'm assuming with whatever they did, clearing browser and cookies probably, set it off.
So not having that phone or phone number , they are requiring identification. And of course I don't have that. I'm so bumbed. Is there anything I can do to get the lock off other than id?
