In their email, did they give you an option to appeal?

Have you tried calling them straight up?

When you said invalid giftcards, do you mean these are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ / stolen cards or something else?

most of them was legit but i tihnk ibought a giftcard or 2 which were stolen as someone scammed me, i tried alling and emailing and nothing

Yep that happens and all it takes is 1 fraudulent card to get an account shut down

Always gotta vet the source of the cards and make sure the seller can be trusted

Read their email carefully, it may give you an option to re-instate it.

You have to be careful with the type of Amazon Giftcards you get. I bought a couple of cards from someone, and later found out that they got it fraudulently.

They got the card by pretending to be a girl online, and some old horny man bought it for "her" as a gift. The old man then did a chargeback when he found out that he was actually talking to a dude

May I ask how fast after redeeming the 'bad' amazon GC your account got suspended? Immediately or did you had time to place an order?

It would be good if you can mention the guy you've bought your cards from, so other guys here will be aware.
