Amazon Feedback option not showing
 

For the last month or 2 ive been noticing a major decline in the amount of feedback my seller account is used to receiving.Ive reached out to 20 recent customers in attempt to get information.15 who responded were 2-3 weeks after successful delivers stated the option for leaving feedback did not show for the order.I googled this issue and other sellers have stated the same ,that the feedback option for buyers is either showing up weeks late or never at all.And when they go to their feedback history sections its states they are not eligable to leave any at the moment.
I tried to talk to customer service on behalf one of my customers ,them idiots didnt even know what feedback was until I sent them a link ,they kept giving information about product reviews.I had to explain 5 times thats not what I was referring too.
This maybe a issue that may be the reason some sellers cant get feedback within the required time frame for your metrics.The feedback option is suppose to show up 1-3 days after a sucessful delivery ,not 3 weeks or over a month later.We need to demand amazon looks into this issue.

You really gotta chase down customers to leave feedback on Amazon

I send cards in all my orders and automated emails to buyers once the orders are placed, once when the orders arrive, and once a few days after delivery.

Beautiful ,thats not even close to what I was saying.Thank you for the unhelpful information.I don't have a issue getting customers to want to give feedback thats easy for me ,the issue is that the customers been reporting never getting the option to give feedback.

It's kinda weird, I see the feedback option for every orders in my Buyer's Account. Maybe the customer is a liar?

Maybe your mother is about your real father.I highly doubt 15 customers would have the same story.

Im not sure what the need for your existence was.I figured out the issue ,it was a glitch on amazons end they wrote to me.

Ok that’s crazy! I had something similar on my product listings. For example instant of 4 product reviews I have now 3. It was online before and now gone. and one Customer left also a review and since today it’s not online visible!

Amazon was going through a glitch for over a month with the leave feedback option not show on buyers accounts after a successful delivery .One of the execs responded to my inquiry when I wrote the the jeff email about it and apologized.All of sudden all the leave feedback option started showing up for all of the customers who I emailed about it.Therefor now im getting feedback again.
