Hello ,

We have received your request for payment. However, we cannot complete this request at this time.

Why is this happening?
Your account has been linked to the listing or sale of inauthentic items. The sale of counterfeit products is prohibited and we may permanently withhold payment if we determine that an account has been used to sell inauthentic or infringing items.

During the previous 90-day period, you have failed to successfully appeal for reinstatement. However, you may be able to recover funds in your account if you can demonstrate that the items you listed are authentic.

How do I demonstrate authenticity?
In order to prove the authenticity of your items, please send documents such as invoices or brand authorization letters. Your appeal should address all of the inauthentic listings and policy violations associated with your account. Details about all of your specific inauthentic listings and policy violations can be found in your email or by viewing the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central:

A plan of action is not necessary and there is no required format for your appeal. Please submit documents such as:
-- Invoices.
-- Brand authorization letters.

How do I send the required information?
Submit this information to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk.

Within 7 days after we receive your appeal, we will review it and respond with a final decision.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information within 30 days or if your appeal for funds is not successful, Amazon will continue to withhold some or all funds in your account.

i have genuine invoices off my supplier and letter of authorization which he will verify all, but i sent amazon all this with a great appeal and they rejected it. so will they reject it for the money release or not as i am only requesting money not account reinstatement. these are genuine invoices.

just wondered if people have had same email and if they can help if they had success.

They did not like the invoice you sent even if it was genuine they can still reject them if it does not comes what they want to see in invoice you have to be creative

So it's not the invoices that they reject, it's most likely your plan of action.

THere' something they don't like about it. About the invoice you should call them and resend those invoices or add more invoices to back up those invoices if you know what I mean.

i have sent them 12 invoices for last 365 days of selling. my supplier will vouch for them.

but i worried as they wont give me the account back but said i can appeal for the funds. but will they accept the invoices thats the problem. even when you send genuine invoices they still play silly games. all my items are genuine of which i can prove as i sell phones so all phones have imei numbers you can type in online to prove they genuine.

i need help with the appeal for funds and if anyone has had this email in the past their help in getting funds would be appreciated.

message me what do you mean be creative. it all started when i sent them the wrong invoices so got suspended for manipulated invoices, but now they saying its inauthentic goods. just want to get my funds back the account is a bonus.

i have the genuine invoices i got from my supplier and letter of authorization to sell the brand but they wont even ring to validate them. my supplier is massive and worldwide.

Then you need to call and talk to one of the supervisors see if they can help.

Sent them wrong invoices? Thats it then why you blaming them? Then you saying you got genuine invoices why would yoi send wrong invoices if you have genuine ?

I would not recommend to contact jeff team if they say no then no way you will get funds or accounr back
