- If you are the owner of the trademark, provide a copy of the trademark register extract and the entry in the commercial register or identity card.
- Contact details of your supplier, including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address and website
You can send files in PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF format. These documents must be genuine and unchanged. We may contact your supplier to verify the documentation. You can remove the pricing information, but the rest of the documentation must be visible.
