Default Amazon Invoice Requests

Hi, I made an Amazon Account and after listing around 150 items. Amazon Suspends the account and asking for invoices for 3 Random ASIN.

Well, I used as much as clear brand to list. As I am doing drop shipping, I will unable to products invoices. Also the Account is stealth.

Now, what should I do, Any suggestion?

Buy the same items from the Authentic retailer like Walmart etc.

As Walmart will products only receipt not invoices, no my address won't be there.



So if i made some changes like ( Date of purchase like 2 month old)

Rest should be same, will that work?

I want to clear few things that, Amazon Verify Invoices by CALLING supplier but they wont be able to verify Receipts. Is that correct?

It really depends on the brand. receipts still work but if the receipt does not list the "suppliers" info, then they will reject it alot of times. Its hit or miss. They will call your supplier no matter invoice or receipt.

I would say send them what you have first, they will tell if they dont like them...

Expect them to call the phone # that is on the invoice you are providing

That is pretty common these days unless the rep is lazy and approves/denies them based on a glance

I have submitted the receipts but Amazon is keep sending the same email again and again.

We need more information and same email.

Is that normal and how it will work?

Is the invoice / receipt all they ask for or did they ask for a plan of action ?

What was the original suspension reason?

They have not asked for plan for action. They have asked for invoices, receipt etc etc.

They have send me the message and there was no need of Plan of Action. I sent them receipt and they keep on sending the same email they need more information. I do not understand what kind of more information they need.

You need to highlight the items on the receipt that are in question and you need a receipt that has your contact info on it.

Post the original suspension email. Did you get a counterfeit IP policy? This is not a normal invoice request.

Hi, Guys

I have a Great new that my Receipts worked and they have reactivated my account.

After the last email they have sent me. I wrote them an email with an appeal containing of 6 pages + I have written a detail of Every ASIN with a proper detail + I removed all the listing before I submitted the appeal.

I also added the policy and violation detail.

Also submitted all the receipt to Amazon.

I emailed them to Amazon seller-performance.

After 3 hours. I received an email

Dear Hxxxx Axxxxx,

Your submission has been reviewed and your account has been reactivated.

As I said before they refused all my receipts without a proper appeal. They were keep sending me the same format regarding invoices.

Later, I decided to write everything all in detail, one by one.

I did the following in appeal

ASINs
Products descriptions
Store detail
Buyer detail
Receipts ( Same receipts which I have sent them before without any changes)
Policy violation detail
Copyright

I have also mentioned in the appeal that the brand I am selling is not very well known brand and I do not believe that there is any copy of such brand in the market.
As the item itself is at very low price and easily available in the market.

I provided the all the detail with full 6 pages appeal. I did all this by myself, didnt paid anyone to get this done.

If any one need to ask any question, regarding the appeal what I did, I am happy to advise, so it can help someone in the same problem.

As I mentioned I tried sending them short messages with receipts and they were keep rejecting me like 4 times.

However, I did this appeal whole night and send them in the morning and it really worked in 3 hours.

Could I ask, where did you get Walmart invoice? I’ve bought from them many times, but they never include a paper invoice. Did you go to offline Walmart and buy items there? And did you provide the receipt from them, without your address and phone, a non commercial invoice?
