I see some Amazon established accounts are pretty expensive, but what would be the guarantee for the buyer to avoid being suspended because of the seller opening a new account on his machine. Any suggestion is appreciated. | All comes down to the seller.
If the seller is reputable, has a good reputation on the forum as a member and as a seller, has been selling for years, has outstanding positive feedback, then the likelihood is they know what they're doing.
Usually sellers would make a lot of accounts, so would avoid any red flags and mistakes a common user may make when making accounts themselves.
Aside from that, there isn't any other advantage.
But as others said, speak to the seller in question.
