Suspended intellectual property

Is anyone here an expert in copyright infringement intellectual property?

My brand new account was suspended for one complaint. I filed a legal counter notice and well written appeal. Notice-request-dispute ignores the counter notice and just asks for more information regarding the appeal 3 times in a row.

An attorney said they could write a physical letter and follow up for $2500 but there is only $3000 in the account.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

I think the account is much more worthy than just 2500$ - So maybe go for it & keep us posted!

$2500 seems a bit steep to follow up with a letter

See if he can just write you a quick letter for less... $500-$1000, it shouldn't be an ongoing thing besides a couple email exchanges.
