Default Will this work????????

Hi everyone!!!!This is my first post.I am banned from selling on Amazon for two many refunds(long story).I'm wanna share a established relatives account that lives 30 minutes from me.So will this work?

1.Buy a new computer-I don't want to take an chance getting linked to some Amazon super cookie.

2.Switch my cable internet to Dial up and dial into the city my relative lives. The question i have with this is my relatives have cable internet(Static IP).Will me using a different IP,browser and computer than my relatives get both of us limited/suspended by Amazon?

Buying a new computer isnt really neccessary. Heck if you buy a decent computer its going to cost 1500 and just for a low end is going to cost 700. You can just use your same comp and register a different windows user name on your computer. That way all cookies get stored on that user account. Cookies is what they use to track you. And change your IP address to an address you never logged into your suspended account with.

1 Register a new user name on your windows xp/vista
2 Change your IP to some you never logged into your suspended account with
3 Never log into your old account under the same windows user name OR IP address

You can use the methods used in auction stealth to register a new Amazon account. I've used it to register two new accounts with no problems.

Thanks for the info.I think ill just go ahead and try a stealth Amazon account and see what happens .Im just a little nervous because half the people say its easy and half say its impossible.I just hate my money being tied up and worrying if ill get it or not.Right now i have $1400.00 tied up for 90 days.

I was banned because of 2 many refunds.I had 6 of them in one day.I listed 20 P90x box sets.So when i listed them Amazon said i had 20 on my inventory page. Then i checked a couple of hrs later and my inventory said i had 14.Nowhere on the Amazon page or Email did it say i sold any.So i put a quantity of 20 back in my inventory. The next day i get 26 emails from Amazon saying item sold need to ship at the same exact time.I called Amazon and explained this and they told me to refund the buyers and it would be no problem. Then BAM 30 day suspension then permanent suspension.

Thats one problem with Amazon, you don't really know who or how many orders you have. You put up an inventory of 10, and sometimes it update right then or takes up to 45 minutes, so you list it again and have double orders. If someone orders, it just a take 1 away from inventory and you don't know that the order is in process. Sometimes it takes a couple days to go through. Its all very confusing and not well thought out.

Best just to list how many you want to sell and leave it at that, it will eventually update and orders will come through.

I have never had inventory problems like that and have been selling for years. Yes, Amazon does suck in some areas, but I've never seen issues with their inventory tracking software.

I tried getting back on Amazon using new windows account. Cleaned all cookies and whatnot from the entire system just to be safe. Cleaned ALL logins. Changed IP in a very drastic way. They still pegged me in less than 24 hours.

I believe there is something being left in the PC which is not picked up by cookie and flash cleaners.

Since you can buy those micro-notebook computers for a couple hundred bucks, I would go that route. Yeah, the screens are tiny, but if it doesn't work, it cost you a few bills. If it does work, and you want to move over to a full size computer, let me know.

The best way is to get a micro computer than connect to it to a lcd computer screen.

Instead of buying a new computer, why dont you just format the current one? Possibly Gutmann the free space after a fresh install.

How about reformatting the hard drive or getting a new one. Hard drive's cost about $60 for a 160gb.

I think it may have something to do with linking the serial number in the hard drive, possibly. I've done the reformat option, and listing a completely different type of item in a whole different category. Tried changing IP, went from cable to dsl to dialups from all over. It's either HD or processor ID numbers.

Buy a cheap cheap cheap computer. That's what I'll be doing soon. Not this week, but soon.

If you are saying that, it means that amazon has made recent changes. At least 6 weeks ago, stealth methods were acceptable.

Well, I only lost my Amazon account back in May. The regular process took like a month. So I've only been probing for maybe 4 weeks. Every time, I get bombed within 24 hours. Even when I installed Win98SE and when I tried booting linux and creating new account in firefox 2.0.0.14

The one common factor is keyboard, monitor, vid card, hd, processor, mouse. Keep in mind, I tried dialup on a modem I put in storage 4 years ago. So it ain't the connection or the IP...
