How to deal with 3 Intellectual Property Complaints?

Recently ive gotten 3 Intellectual Property Complaints on my account. Is there any way to deal with these? Not sure what to do. Do i leave them? How many can i get before my account is shut down? Im dropshipping so these 3 items havent even sold yet. Is there a service to appeal this?

There is not a set number of complaints before suspension. Sometimes one is enough to lose an account. They generally go away after about 10 months.

With Amazon, 1 can be enough to cause the end of an account....you are on thin ice OP

On top of what rsot said zero can be enough to get the account suspended.

Depends on the account metrics/age/history of the store

I would just avoid selling the items that are causing these complaints

Nah electronics, all 3 are owned by chinese companies. Ive dealt with them before but mainly with direct threats in messages so i closed the listings.

I had an account with over 4000 feedback and 98% positive and all other metrics in perfect condition it was a 4 years old account with a lot of history and moving 7 figures year after year and I got 38 complaints and they suspended the account. I also thought if I don't respond to the IP and just not list the item any more I would be ok. But it finally got me suspended. I strongly suggest that you get in touch with whoever listed this complaint first and explain the situation and try to get them to withdraw their complaint. In most cases these companies just want to know where you are getting your inventory and if you promise to stay away, and your are professional they would retract their complaint.

The best way is to get in touch with guys at AmazonSellerLawyers they are very expensive but they would get in touch with those company and when a law firm contact these companies, the law firm name does carry some weight and helps with those complainants retracting much faster. But these guys are very expensive. You can also get in touch with the complainants yourself FIRST and if you could not get anywhere with them get the law firm to approach. But my strong suggestion, with what you are saying, you may be days from getting suspended. Immediately stop selling and stop adding more money to your balance in Amazon, and fix the IP complaints.

IP complaints effect on your account does go away after 6 months.

If you haven’t sold any yet the problems will probably just get worse when they find out that you’re selling and making money.

I’d move on to the next opportunity unless you’re comfortable just opening up new accounts.

Ive already contacted the companies but seeing as there chinese companies, no offense, but i highly doubt they will get back to me or even bat an eye at my emails. I doubt i have enough money to cover a seller lawyer. Would it be best to get in touch with a private seller on here and have them take care of it?
