Re: How to deal with 3 Intellectual Property Complaints?
I had an account with over 4000 feedback and 98% positive and all other metrics in perfect condition it was a 4 years old account with a lot of history and moving 7 figures year after year and I got 38 complaints and they suspended the account. I also thought if I don't respond to the IP and just not list the item any more I would be ok. But it finally got me suspended. I strongly suggest that you get in touch with whoever listed this complaint first and explain the situation and try to get them to withdraw their complaint. In most cases these companies just want to know where you are getting your inventory and if you promise to stay away, and your are professional they would retract their complaint.
The best way is to get in touch with guys at AmazonSellerLawyers they are very expensive but they would get in touch with those company and when a law firm contact these companies, the law firm name does carry some weight and helps with those complainants retracting much faster. But these guys are very expensive. You can also get in touch with the complainants yourself FIRST and if you could not get anywhere with them get the law firm to approach. But my strong suggestion, with what you are saying, you may be days from getting suspended. Immediately stop selling and stop adding more money to your balance in Amazon, and fix the IP complaints.
IP complaints effect on your account does go away after 6 months.
