Default Question regarding invoices and plan of action

My plan of action and invoice was rejected for not having enough detail.
How many shots will I have of getting it right?

Amazon intially says I have 2 appeals but I'm reading that some sellers get a few replies asking for better 'plan of action's'.

If your first one is denied and its requesting more information I would make sure your 2nd appeal is very comprehensive and covers every possible reason/explanation of the suspension in the first place

Do bullet points and cover everything in more detail than your first appeal

The phone number is a bit of a tripping point. My main supplier doesn't have a phone number for their business (email only).

I can be creative with this. Perhaps a number which doesn't lead to the right department or a foreign number where amazon would have to play around with country codes to get through.
Something which is a hassle but not an automatic fail (like a wrong number).

Another option is a genuine supplier who will not divulge any customer information to Amazon. I'm surprised that many do to be honest.
