Default amazon action plan

Hi all, aged amazon account with over 5000 feedbacks ODR all green was suspended last week. They asked us for a plan of action. After few hours of submitting it they emailed us with a definitive suspension stating that we will be getting the balance in 90 days. Account was suspended because of suspicion of phake items been sold. However nothing phake was actually sold.
Has anyone ever been able to appeal successfully after first reject of plan of action?
any help is very much appreciated

You can write again through seller central help and explain and send copies of invoices.

However once they suspect phakes the chances are very slim, even if you have been conned by your supplier.

What people must realise amazon are protecting themselves and at the end of the day they don't need you and don't need the risk.

It sucks bit time!
We have been trading on this account for 3 years with always good ODR etc.
Have you ever succeeded with submitting action plan again?
Do you have any tips on what to include on the action plan?
I have also read on the forum that some people tried emailing jeff@amazon.com, has this been successful?
On another note have you been able to open new amazon seller in UK recently?

It's difficult to hear but I don't think I've ever seen a "phake suspension reversed" after the appeal has been rejected. By all means try but also start preparing for the fact you probably won't be getting that account back. On the bright side they sometimes delete accounts that they suspect of selling phakes so at least you will be getting your money back.

I would say the invoices and proof of authenticity is a must in the appeal and also mentioning your strong history of selling with positive feedbacks.
However it is equally important in the end to mention a remedy,even if its a misunderstanding on the buyer's part who reported you or a competitor it doesnt matter,just give them a remedy to it like youll take precaution and stop selling the product or something strong.
Chances ofcourse are still low because its the 2nd appeal

He claims to not be selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so how can he address the problem. Same thing happened to me. Suspended after 8 years 100% feed for possibly selling a counterfeit item. I sell all licensed merch. Can't address the issue without knowing the item they are referring to.

Writing to Jeff will get you another canned letter stating Jeff wanted them to respond and your still suspended.

Even if the accusation is false (and I have it this happen to my own legit accounts), it is VERY difficult to win - keep e-mailing but it's tough...sucks

Appealing won't help. Very often ANOTHER seller posts a complaint. I was selling pretty rare items and few other guys had them too. My prices were lower, definitely lower, better photos, better presentation.One guy purchased it, them immediately contacted me and demanded for a refund, stating it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I did not want to argue, happily refunded. This guy didn't even leave a bad feedback. He contacted Amazon right away. Amazon suspended my account right away. The item came back and it was UNOPENED!!! The guy set me up...
